2. Information on how harassing or offensive conduct can amount to illegal discrimination and teaches employees how to identify inappropriate behavior.
3. Help in identifying inappropriate conduct and answers to frequently asked questions about a bias-free working environment.
4. Actions to avoid in the workplace.
5. Information on ways to respond to discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise offensive conduct; and an explanation on how an employer will respond to a report of inappropriate behavior.
By taking this course, employees learn how they can help their employer achieve its bias-free workplace objectives.
