Challenge
Several years ago CCH, in conjunction with a leading professional services firm, produced a product line of over 100 healthcare compliance-focused eLearning courses. With the increase in use of online training particularly in large healthcare organizations, the format seemed just what the market needed. The courses were created and offered through a proprietary web-based LMS (learning management system).
